We have an opening for an ambitious growth minded Administrative Assistant  who can answer yes to these questions. Primary Responsibilities:

• Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties

• Answer phones professionally with service in mind at all times

• Produce a variety of reports as needed

• Effectively communicate across departments as needed

• Assist our Caregiver Department with testing, training, and documentation

• Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients

• Establish a great rapport with vendors, our staff, caregivers and clients

Requirements:

• Experience – One year experience in a home care setting preferred, or strong scheduling and administrative abilities that require using technology and communicating with vendors, our team and clients.

• Education – High school diploma

• Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, superior communication skills, proficiency with technology, excellent multitasking skills, detail oriented, remain calm and positive under pressure

• Characteristics – We’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated, ambitious, optimistic, reliable, solutions oriented, kind, willing to learn, and ultimately have a positive and enthusiastic nature.

$16-$17 / Hr based upon experience with room for expansion based on your attitude and performance.

Days and Hours:

1. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 8 AM - 5 PM
