Primary Responsibilities:
Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
Answer phones professionally with service in mind at all times
Produce a variety of reports as needed
Effectively communicate across departments as needed
Assist our Caregiver Department with testing, training, and documentation
Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
Establish a great rapport with vendors, our staff, caregivers and clients
Requirements:
Experience – One year experience in a home care setting preferred, or strong scheduling and administrative abilities that require using technology and communicating with vendors, our team and clients.
Education – High school diploma
Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, superior communication skills, proficiency with technology, excellent multitasking skills, detail oriented, remain calm and positive under pressure
Characteristics – We’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated, ambitious, optimistic, reliable, solutions oriented, kind, willing to learn, and ultimately have a positive and enthusiastic nature.

$16-$17 / Hr based upon experience with room for expansion based on your attitude and performance.
Days and Hours:
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 8 AM - 5 PM
