About the Job
Our client, a leading Private Equity firm in the Midtown area, is seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support a Managing Director and Investment team. You will manage the executive calendars, coordinate meetings, handle communication, and assist with project tasks.
***Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience within ASSET MANAGEMENT or comparable***
Key Responsibilities:
- Heavy international travel booking and management
- Heavy executive calendar management
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas
- Handle confidential communications
- Assist with research and project tasks
- Manager and report expenses
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant within finance or private equity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- $85,000 - 110,000 base salary
- Paid overtime
- Discretionary bonus (typically within the 15-25% range)
