- Client Overview: We are hiring a Business Administrator for our client, a technology company in Redmond, WA.
- Role Summary: As a Business Administrator, you will work with multiple teams and provide scheduling assistance to Partner Directors. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the organization's operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Proactively manage calendars for Partner Directors.
- Collaborate with an Executive Administrator on employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with headcount management, vendor account management, and distribution and security group ownership.
- Support the team with space management, office moves, new hire setup, procurement, and team events.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with the business support community.
- Embrace cross-functional and cultural teams.
- Solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of work-related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with calendar support in Outlook.
- Experience with team support.
- Experience with new hire onboarding.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting a director/VP.
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
