3+ month contract 
$25-$30/hr
Onsite - Boston MA 

Must Haves:

• 1+ years of admin experience 
• Advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others.

Preferred:

• Higher education experience

Job Description:
An esteemed higher-education institution is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to:

• Provide administrative and organizational services to all assigned members of the faculty in support of their teaching, administrative and external professional activities
• Manage travel arrangements and reimbursements
• Prepare for the start & end of the semester, including creating and maintaining Blackboard course websites and printing exams
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.
