Children’s Therapy Network is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Syracuse Office.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with electronic documentation systems
- Able to take direction to grow professionally.
- Ability to prioritize and efficiently address office needs and organizational goals.
- Knowledge or experience with Early Childhood education is a plus.
- Billing and/or bookkeeping experience is a plus.

We are looking to enhance our team with an individual who is passionate about helping the children and families of our community. As part of a larger agency team, they should be able to balance technology and data input, family, and provider support for the day-to-day physical operations of our office.
Each of our providers and administrators is celebrated for their drive to maintain their autonomy in their professional interests, passions, and direction while being able to gather momentum and strength from a community of their peers with a common goal of helping children and their families.

Our programming is tailored to meet the personal needs of each child. Our therapists work collaboratively with each family and arrange scheduling that is optimal for the children's care and services.
