Administrative Assistant - Nesco Resource, LLC

Job Title: General Administrative Assistant
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Starting Wage: $18 per hour, with the potential for an increase based on job performance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including basic bookkeeping and accounting, word processing, spreadsheet management, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Email, Word and Excel, a willingness to learn our software program strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration:
   • Assist with answering phones and directing calls when needed.
   • Perform general office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
2. Computer Skills:
   • Utilize Microsoft Email, Word and Excel for various office tasks.
   • Complete computer testing to demonstrate proficiency.
   • Willingness & ability to learn new computer skills.
3. Basic Bookkeeping and Accounting:
   • Assist with basic financial and inventory tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
   • Have basic understanding of inventory & accounting procedures.
   • Check on various orders and invoices for accuracy.
4. Software Training:
   • Receive training on our company's software program to efficiently perform tasks.
   • Adapt and use software for issuing Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Inventory Entry and other functions in our business.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Email, Word and Excel.
• Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software programs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Steel experience would be beneficial.
