We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join a prestigious university, known for its world-class research and commitment to innovation. In this temporary role, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth daily operations of a department, providing exceptional assistance to faculty, staff, and students.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and Booster is required.
Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.

Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism.

Process and manage invoices, requisitions, and other financial transactions.

Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide excellent customer service.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications/Background Profile:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Excellent communication, written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Discreet and professional demeanor, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

This job is In-Person.
Pay Range: Hourly $22.00 to $27.00
