Adecco is actively seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team in the Waterford area. This position is ideal for individuals looking to leverage their administrative skills in a fast-paced environment while supporting various operational functions.
Responsibilities:
The Temporary Engineering Aide will support the maintenance and engineering team within a manufacturing facility by managing administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- **Digital Database Management:** Maintain and manage digital databases for equipment records and documentation.
- **Documentation Processing:** Scan, input, and prepare paper-based documentation for maintenance inspections.
- **Document Organization:** Sort and research technical documents to gather necessary data.
- **Customer Engagement:** Work independently (post-training) while interacting with company customers to ensure satisfaction with objectives.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- High School diploma.
- Strong safety mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong customer focus and effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Physical capability to work in a non-ADA equipped office environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in a maintenance department.
- Familiarity with technical documentation.
- Experience with SAP software.
This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to the efficiency of the maintenance and engineering team.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
