Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Will assist in all areas in support of Marketing and Human Resources,
- will help to create marketing proposals and document preparation
- will work with internal and external resources to help coordinate marketing and business development initiatives specific to a practice group
- will prepare mailing lists
- will integrate databases
- will liaison between HR and firm managers and candidates to confirm position descriptions, screen and coordinate interviews
- will be responsible for presenting vetted candidates to managers for consideration
- will act as a point of contact with candidates during the screening and selection process
- 3+ years of administrative experience, law firm experience strongly desired
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including accurate documentation
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple initiatives at any one time
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, together with solid written skills are required
- CRM experience a plus
