Schedule: 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm
Job Description:
* Support the Time-of-Day business reply card processing and other support work.
*Needs to be able to use a tablet/iPad/phone to scan in QR codes, work through basic flows, and record activity
*Primary activities: scanning, logging, validating, and excel lookups for Time-of-Day postcards sent back with a customer action and reasons for action. Additional support work may be assigned based on the level of customers submitting these requests. Clerical/analytical other program support work.
Responsibilities:
" Provide clerical support by typing & proofreading a variety of documents
" Sorts and files documents and records, etc.
Requirements:
" Strong verbal and written communication skills and they ability to multi-task
" High school diploma or GED required
