Summary
Provides a wide range of administrative and support services to multiple professionals at the executive level (e.g., Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Vice Presidents, and Executive Directors). Regularly exercises independent judgment, effectively managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for scheduling meetings; preparing reports, meeting minutes and other documents and correspondence; answering telephones; and various other administrative duties to support the Chief Legal Officer.
