Trinity collaborates with retirement plan sponsors and their associated financial professionals in delivering a highly effective administration and compliance solution for their employer sponsored retirement plan.
What Our Retirement Plan / Distribution Processors are responsible for:
- Communicating and coordinating with customers and stakeholders regarding distribution requests in an accurate, timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Reading, interpreting, and applying regulations and legal documents; staying current on changing regulations.
- Utilizing math skills to run various calculations.
- Ensuring timely processing of transactions.
- Becoming an expert in Trinity’s systems, processes, procedures, service standards, and qualified retirement plan distribution options.
- Accurately billing for participant distributions.
- Assisting with cross-departmental functions as needed.
- Assisting with various operational projects as deemed necessary by management.
- As a member of Trinity Pension Consultants, all employees are responsible for providing assistance wherever necessary to help the department and the Company in achieving their goals.

- Able to manage office functions efficiently, organize work, establish priorities and maintain good interpersonal relations.
- Able to learn, apply, and explain new technical knowledge in a simplified manner.
- An outstanding communicator and possess intermediate computer/software skills.
- An individual who demonstrates trustworthiness, adaptability, and responsiveness.
Must Haves:
- Residence in or willing to relocate to Northeast Ohio.
- Prior experience with qualified retirement plans, preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferred.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Proficient computer / software skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy; multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
- Discipline and drive to stay focused and motivated with limited supervision.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Willingness and ability to complete ASPPA’s Retirement Plan Fundamentals 1 and 2 courses.
- Ability to work on-site during normal business hours.
- Ability to work full-time (30 to 40) hours per week with occasional overtime.
