About the Job
The ideal Administrative/Office Assistant is tech savvy and will assist the studio/ownership with organization, record keeping, data entry and account management. Passion for fitness and knowledge of the Rumble brand is preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week
▪ Excellent organization skills required
▪ Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
▪ Proficient in (but not limited to) MS Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Workspace (i.e. Drive, Docs, Calendar) Keynote, Apple products/devices
▪ Proficient in social media content creation and management
▪ Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
▪ Must be fluent in English
▪ Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
▪ Must have proficient computer skills
▪ Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
▪ Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends
RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Create, organize and maintain spreadsheets
▪ Make/respond to phone calls, emails and texts
▪ Draft and edit documents, and prepare correspondence
▪ Schedule appointments, coordinate travel, and manage corresponding calendars
▪ Record, prepare and distribute meeting minutes
▪ Order and manage studio inventory (i.e. office and cleaning supplies)
▪ Pick up/drop off studio orders
▪ Generate and distribute required reports
▪ Create and manage on-brand content for social media channels
▪ Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Proven administrative experience desired *
