As an Administrative Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks that support front-end management while adhering to HIPAA standards. You will assist business operations by supporting processes such as image and data capture and document/transaction content management. The role includes gathering information related to internal processes, supporting process improvement initiatives, and providing general backup support to other team members. You will handle incoming mail and materials, and you may be assigned additional duties as needed.
POSITION DETAILS:
SALARY: $16.00 per hour
HOURS: 40 hours per week (Shift: 8 am - 5 pm)
TEMP TP PERM: Yes
WORK SITE: 754 River Rock, Helena, MT

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Perform administrative tasks related to front-end management, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Support business operations with front-end management, image and data capture, and document/transaction content management.
- Gather and analyze data to assist with internal process improvements.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and materials.
- Provide backup support to team members as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
