Job duties for Administrative Plant Manager Assistant:
· Data entry while ensuring integrity and troubleshooting discrepancies
· Document, report, and file safety reports within compliance with company and regulatory standards
· Assist with purchase orders for materials and supplies
· Support basic HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining documentation, and trainings
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and desired skills for Administrative Plant Manager Assistant:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in administrative role or similar field preferred
· Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of safety regulations and HR practices is a plus
· Ability to sit for duration of shift
