Job Title: Administrative & Secretarial II
Location: Tampa FL 33607
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2
The Administrative & Secretarial II position job responsibilities will include:
Provide advanced word processing and administrative support. Supports more than one individual at the Partner, Principal or Managing Director level or equivalent. Makes decisions within established policies and procedures and oversight of supervisor(s). Uses judgment in determining layout and format of work. Works under general supervision; work reviewed on completion of assignment for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications Include:
High School graduation and several years related work experience; additional secretarial or business school training a plus. Demonstrated typing and MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities:
Catering Coordination: Manage all aspects of catering for meetings and events, including vendor selection, order placement, and logistical arrangements.
Vendor and Team Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal team members to support office operations.
Expense Management: Track all office expenses diligently. Responsible for collecting, uploading, and organizing receipts on Microsoft Teams.
Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies, track inventory levels, and place orders for replenishment to ensure resources are adequately stocked.
Meeting Coordination: Handle meeting room reservations and fulfill all specific meeting needs, from equipment to catering.
Front Desk Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for professionals visiting the office and external vendors, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
