Responsibilities:
- Assist Soldiers in career progression, including promotions and training opportunities.
- Provide support and guidance to commanders across all branches.
- Maintain and manage personnel records and documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with Army regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior military experience is a plus.
