About the Job
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the assigned department and administrative operations while working closely with management staff.
- Prepares correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Makes travel arrangements; manages schedules and calendars, and other similar activities.
- Resource person regarding department policy, procedures, and practice.
- Supports the Onboarding process for new hires within nursing, the New Graduate Nurse Residency Program, and Continuing Education related activities.
- Supports operations associated with Nursing Academic Affairs & Strategic Partnerships.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Three years of experience in an administrative support role required.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
