PURPOSE:
To manage all administrative and office support activities of the assigned Director, Leader and/or Department. This position is expected to work 12 - 18 hours a week.
This position is eligible for hire in the following states: California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Washington.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Answer and screen phone calls, provide information as needed.
- Respond to general requests for information and materials and ensure proper handling of all general correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and handle the logistics for meetings, routine conferences, and travel.
- Coordinate and organize all aspects of conference(s) (e.g., research and choose venues, arrange travel and transportation of attendees, collect and organize event material and other necessary logistics).
- Prepare, including drafting and editing, correspondence and reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain all correspondence, files and records.
- Record and distribute minutes from assigned meetings.
- Prepare and process invoices, check requests and expense reports as applicable.
- Routine copying, printing and gathering of information, as needed.
- Work with appropriate departments to ensure that information is correct and up to date on applicable web-sites.
- In collaboration, create, publish and distribute regional newsletter.
- Utilize the Salesforce database for inputting regional team data. Serve as a database expert for your regional team. Run reports and provide insight as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to respect and support the mission, vision and values of the CRCNA
- Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in commonly used computer applications
- Basic knowledge of standard procedures, practices and equipment in a professional office setting.
- Proven ability to plan and organize tasks and responsibilities including multitasking, setting priorities and deadlines, etc.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and external contacts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Some college coursework
2. Knowledge/skills related to standard office routines and equipment. Prior office administrative experience preferred.
