Front Office Administrator needed for a Winter Park Real Estate Company
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30 pm (in office)
Pay Rate: $19-20/hour (depending on experience)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (including education and certifications):
- Friendly and professional demeanor and positive attitude (has the ability to diffuse a situation)
- High attention to detail
- Able to multi-task
- Great organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (they just need basic Excel skills).
- Interpersonal communication and problem solver
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a small office setting
- Flexible and able to adapt
Job Responsibilities:
Seeking an individual to assist the office staff of a real estate firm. Candidate must be a detail-oriented individual who has excellent multi-tasking skills. Must be able to work well with others, as well as independently.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and receiving of guests
- Answer phones
- Speak with clients, tenants, and vendors in a professional manner
- Retrieve and distribute mail
- Draft and mail letters
- Prepare documents for signature
- Maintain confidentiality
- Send monthly reports to clients
- Support leaders and team with administrative projects and requests
