REDLattice is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in Chantilly, VA. This role will support various operational functions, including administrative support, employee and leadership coordination, event planning, and facility operations coordination. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support and Front Desk Management:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients, answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming mail, and handle general inquiries.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Assist with internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and meeting agendas.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for guests, clients, and team members.
• Employee and Leadership Coordination & Assistance:
  • Provide scheduling support to employees and leadership, including managing calendars, booking meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with planning and executing company events, including conferences, team meetings, and employee activities.
• Assist with Facility Operations & Coordination:
  • Support office facility operations, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and office supply management.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist with physical security and access control for the office.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an office management, administrative support, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of facility operations and vendor coordination is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required.
• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to apply for a security clearance.
• Current Secret clearance is preferred, but not required.
