Success is measured by the demonstration of the ability to independently lead a nursing center and by meeting all state-specific standards for licensure eligibility. -Position Highlights
*Participate in task groups that have multi-site and/or company-wide impact.
*Develop and execute special projects that add value to the nursing center.
*Observe or fully contribute in all aspects of leading a nursing center such as family conferences, team meetings, new employee orientation, clinical care conferences, financial and labor management meetings, and so forth.
