Admissions Assistant - Skilled Nursing of Greenwich

A Long Term Care facility in the lower Fairfield County area seeks an Admissions Assistant for its team.

Qualified candidates will have prior experience in SNF/LTC admissions processes and will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the signing of new admission packets and agreements
• Maintaining required waiting list and admissions logs
• Answering questions related to the admissions process with appropriate parties
• Assisting with securing outside referral sources
• Being an internal facility contact for residents
