What will you do as an Admissions Coordinator
- Update and log daily census. Maintain & balance Resident Days Report
- Complete & coordinate referrals from hospital social workers
- Coordinate admissions to the facility notify nursing and other departments
- Schedule & perform facility tours
- Responsible for communicating admissions/discharges, changes in level of care, pay status, and room changes to nursing department, business office, and pharmacy
- Advise resident and families of Medicare, Medical Assistance qualifications
- Assist Director of Social Services as needed
What you need as an Admissions Coordinator
- Prior experience in Admissions and Marketing in a Healthcare setting
