Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.

Self-management and autonomy with minimal supervision.

Effective time management and organization with an attention to detail to meet important deadlines.

Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude during all aspects of the job.

Conversational proficiency in speaking on the phone, leading one-on-one conversations, and using exceptional listening and problem-solving analysis with proper phone etiquette.

Comprehensively operate a computer and all the Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Adaptability to work a flexible schedule at times, as well as attend conferences and events that occur on campus throughout the year, which may occur during evenings and weekends.

Strong sense of calling to Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.

Knowledgeable about the Word of God and passionate about Christian education.

High level of professionalism and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Professionalism & diplomacy in communications with various cultures and diversities.

Requirements:

Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Must sign the Statement of Faith.

A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.

Charis Bible College graduate is preferred.

Must pass all required checks.

Experience:

A minimum of one year of administrative experience is preferred.

A minimum of one year of customer service or Phone Center experience is required.

Ministry experience is preferred.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
