In this role, you will supervise a team of Applicant Services staff, ensuring the efficient processing of over 120,000 applications annually while providing exceptional customer service to prospective students, parents, counselors, and campus partners. Minimum Requirements: | Master’s degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience. |
