• Assess patients' health, diagnose conditions, and collaborate with physicians on comprehensive treatment plans,

• Board Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner,
• Active NJ state license,
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant Long Term Care or Nursing Homes,
