MANA Family Medicine, Prairie Grove is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our patient care team alongside two well established Family Care Physicians. Candidates must be enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals ready to provide excellent care to patients of all ages. Individuals who have recently completed training are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care for the patient/family that will promote optimal patient outcomes
- Complete a comprehensive health history and performs a focused physical examination
- Identify physiological, psychosocial, safety, and educational needs
- Formulate and initiate a comprehensive plan of care, based on relevant therapeutic and diagnostic patient date; consult with other health care providers as needed
- Communicate plan of care to the family, nursing staff, and other health care providers
- • Graduate of Nurse Practitioner Program and hold National Certification
• Physician Assistant-PA must be Graduate of AMA Program and possess NCCPA
• Licensed or Eligible for Licensure in Arkansas (AR)
• 2 Years Clinical Experience Required
• Family Medicine Experience Preferred
