Ascension Borgess is looking for an NP or PA to joing our team at Ascension Borgess Plainwell Family Practice.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Borgess to provide medical services to patients.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
• Physician Assistant with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
• Physician Assistant with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Michigan Board Physician Assistants Task Force obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by localCredentialing Office.
Preferred Credential(s):
• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Education:
• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
• 1 year of experience preferred.
