A well-established Cardiology practice in Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch, FL, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join their team. The APRN will support the cardiologists with inpatient services at both Manatee Memorial Hospital and Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to cardiology patients in an inpatient setting.
• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications under the supervision of cardiologists.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and procedures, including EKGs and stress tests.
• Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Florida.
• Experience in cardiology or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent clinical skills, including the ability to perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
