Why We Need Your Talents:
The Advertising Specialist will be responsible for supporting all advertising and marketing efforts for Live! Casino & Hotel inclusive of creative development, routing & review processes, managing strict timelines, and maintaining brand standards. Will work hand-in-hand with Agency of Record to deliver all projects on time and on brand.
This position is fully On-Site
Responsibilities:Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Coordinate with internal Live! departments on marketing needs – including tournaments, promotions, parties, special events to produce coupons, brochures, posters, signage, invitations, advertising and any other job requested.
- Responsible for tracking expenditures, generating reports, supporting media buys, reconciling invoices, and accruing outstanding invoices in the marketing budget.
- Meet with third party account executives & review advertising opportunities
- Coordinates with outside advertising agency on all media buys, collateral material, creative and design work
- Work closely with vendors on collateral production.
- Track 100+ jobs month, while staying on timeline and within budget.
- Assist with building a strong image of involvement and commitment to the Community. Inclusive of relationship with Arundel Mills and other partners.
- Other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves:
- One (1) year of experience in a high volume company or industry of hospitality or public supported business through media and advertising.
- Ad Agency experience strongly desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate a project from concept to completion and work in concert with others.
- Previous gaming experience a plus
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Control Agency for the position.
