What You’ll Do:

• Work one-on-one with children to help build their skills and improve behaviors.
• Follow care plans developed by our team to meet each child’s needs.
• Keep accurate records using electronic devices.
• Create a positive environment for children and build strong relationships with families.
• Work with families and supervisors to make sure the treatment is effective.

What You Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for helping kids with Autism.
• Patience, kindness, and the ability to stay calm.

Important Info:

• You’ll work in homes or community settings.
• Jobs start part-time, with potential to grow.
• You’ll need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• We’re looking for people who can commit for at least 6 months to help children succeed.
