POSITION SUMMARY
The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for expanding Rosenbauer’s market penetration both domestically and internationally. The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for handling customer-initiated requests seeking replacement products. They are responsible for regularly communicating with dealers, customers, and vendors to ensure accuracy when processing orders and addressing any complaints/discrepancies. The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for continually building and maintaining Rosenbauer’s relationships with its customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Effectively promote aftermarket machine parts/kits/upgrades by analyzing customer’s existing machinery and potential needs.
- Provides consistent, superior customer service; ensures all customers' needs are identified and addressed and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication to encourage repeat business.
- Increase aftermarket sales volume with both existing and new customers.
- Works with customers and dealers to identify customer fabricated parts and coordinate with engineering and production.
- Actively works with customers/dealers to expand sales of loose parts and equipment.
- Partner with dealers to identify their customer base needs.
- Conduct frequent and documented communications with dealers and customers.
- Partner with Aftermarket manager to identify Rosenbauer’s need to support dealer and customer base.
- Responsible for decisions identifying and fulfilling dealers needs and increase Rosenbauer’s market shares.
- Works cross-functionally with departments like Production (pumps, paint, and fabrication) and Engineering to ensure support of customer needs.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
