Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our services
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with data entry and updating client records
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Support the team with other administrative tasks and special projects as required
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an office setting or customer service role is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
