As an agency owner apprentice with Farmers Insurance, you will be able to offer Auto, Home, Business, Life, and Financial Services products to a wide range of clients. Qualified individuals receive award-winning training for themselves and their staff, vast support systems, and partnership with our district office. during this time you will learn the necessary skills to own, manage, and grow your own business. This is a great opportunity for entrepreneurial minds to start their own business without initial capital requirements.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients to accurately identify their unique needs before pursuing specific insurance sales.
Originate insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
Must be a superb communicator, able to analyze complex ideas, and possess a business development and customer service background
Be able to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty / Life & Health insurance license(s)
High school or Associates/Bachelors degree
