Salary Range: $60000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Create insurance quotes, present proposals, and secure sales
• Engage in community outreach
• Build strong networking relationships with professionals like real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and title companies
• Foster long-term client relationships
• Utilize lead management tools to track progress
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing efforts, and lead databases

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-driven and goal-focused
• Willingness to learn, adaptable, resourceful, and open to feedback
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude is a must
• Eager to grow both personally and professionally
• Must hold valid insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them
