Job Details
Oversee and coordinate maintenance for assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, safety, and operational standards. Manage technician teams, schedules, and parts inventory to ensure timely and effective aircraft maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Lead and assign tasks to maintenance technicians, ensuring accurate, efficient completion of all work.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure maintenance meets FAA, company, and safety regulations; conduct regular audits.
- Scheduling: Develop maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and align with operational needs.
- Resource Management: Monitor parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for supplies.
- Training: Support staff development through training on regulatory and technical updates.
- Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare compliance reports.
Qualifications:
- FAA A&P certification required; 5+ years in aircraft maintenance, 2+ in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety standards.
A&P Certification preferred.
