Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM

Mandatory lunch break

Position Overview

The hiring company is looking for a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to perform comprehensive maintenance on fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, inspecting, and repairing aircraft systems such as airframe, engine, electrical, and hydraulic systems while ensuring compliance with FAA standards. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair airframes, engines, and electrical and hydraulic systems on both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.

Perform routine and scheduled maintenance, including component replacement and general line servicing.

Utilize blueprints, maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and service bulletins to ensure accurate and efficient completion of maintenance tasks

Conduct hourly, daily, and monthly inspections to meet FAA and company quality standards.

Maintain comprehensive records of all inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed.

Promote a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing aviation safety protocols.

Coordinate with logistics personnel to order required parts, tools, and equipment for repairs.

Qualifications and Experience

U.S. citizenship is required.

Possession of or ability to obtain a valid U.S. passport.

Must live within a reasonable commute distance to Tullahoma, TN.

Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

3-5 years of aviation maintenance experience on military rotary-wing aircraft or civilian equivalent models.

Ability to interpret and work from technical documentation such as maintenance manuals and blueprints.

Knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards

Proven ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P)

Military aircraft maintenance experience

Experience with sheet metal repairs

Personal standard hand tools and toolbox
