215Secure, LLC is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Security System Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team-focused, self-starter with extensive experience in access control, alarm systems, and electronic security systems. You will play a crucial role in installing, commissioning, and servicing various security systems for our clients, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

- Perform installations, commissioning, inspections, and takeovers of electronic security systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic security systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Engage in business development activities by canvassing for new clients through system takeovers.
- Provide remote customer support for service plans, offering basic training and programming assistance.
- Document daily progress and service notes using the company's mobile app.
- Install and support other low voltage systems such as entry systems and audio/visual systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire alarm or electronic security systems, with expertise in Silent Knight, Fire Lite, and Vista systems.
- Proficiency in the use of power tools and equipment for installation and repair work.
- Experience with locksmithing techniques, including the installation and maintenance of both wireless and wired electronic locks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Excellent compensation package include strong base salary plus commission
