All-Star Abilities is a peer-to-peer fitness program for teenagers, ages 12-18, with and without disabilities to strengthen their muscles and their friendships. Each All-Star Abilities participant connects with a peer partner to prioritize health and wellness, achieve their fitness goals together, and form new friendships! During the 75-minute workout session, everyone will move through our cardio and weight rooms as well as the gym to play sports. We will start with a warmup and end with a cool down, together!
