Salary Range: $40000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Education: Provide clients with in-depth information about insurance options and coverage details.
Policies Customization: Tailor insurance policies to meet each client's individual needs and requirements.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Generation: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products to meet client needs.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements
Licensing: Possess a valid California Property & Casualty License.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales role is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer-Focused: Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting client relationships.
