This is a sales management position so there is selling first. The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. They are responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.
Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. This is an in agency position will unlimited potential for income, I have no cap on Bonus!.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established, Sales, Sales and Sales.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Requirements
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Career minded vision.
- Must have current Allstate agency experience in sales to be considered.
