Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

Requirements
Licensing: Active Vermont Property & Casualty License is required prior to starting this opportunity.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
