As a teammate in this role, you will provide Tier II application support for
our IKC clinical teams and business groups. This role supports the software
environments across all Oracle-Cerner platforms, including providing
hardware support specific to the applications and system requirements. The
teammate in this role will align closely with our users, Product, and
Development teams to coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders,
as well as the Oracle-Cerner team to investigate problems and deploy
solutions.
Suggested requirements:
Thorough understanding of IT systems
1-2 years of experience with Oracle- Cerner or DaVita applications
Ability to leverage your troubleshooting skills to provide timely solutions to
customer problems to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity.
Ability to independently problem-solve complex issues.
Prior experience supporting clinical end users in a rapidly changing
environment.
Knowledge of operating system internals, file systems, functions of
hardware components, and how hardware and software components work together.
2+ years of support experience in a networked business environment
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
*Experience using Microsoft Office Applications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional
experience

Salary/ Wage Range$20.43-$30.00 / hour

candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may
