About the Job
Maximus is currently looking for a Temporary Analyst with concentration in Compliance to join our team in support of evaluations, and monitors changes to HPE system processes as they relate to HCO Project. The Analyst will be responsible for interfaces between Quality Assurance personnel and Information Systems Department, Evaluates and investigates submitted Systems Change Requests, Systems Resolutions and other duties as assigned.
This is a fully remote, limited-service opportunity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct auditing of department practices for maintaining ISO and regulatory compliance and reporting results.
- Responsible for the analysis of non-compliance incidents to support management corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct project risk assessments.
- Determine root cause of non-compliance incidents.
- Participate in the project corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data in support of regularly scheduled quality meetings.
- Assist in the development of Internal Audit Procedures for the project.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Bachelors in IT, Software Engineering Computer Science or related fields or 4 years' experience in Business Analysis
- At least 3 years' experience post grad.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Project, Hyland, SQL Server and Visio)
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
