Primary Purpose:
- At Retail Business Services, our HRIS team is responsible for all HR Systems (including cloud-based apps and on-premise solutions) that support Ahold Delhaize’s US Associate population of over 200,000 active associates.
- This role will be responsible for functional support through the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and execution of all changes and project work for all US HR Systems.
- This position uses HR systems expertise to provide technical delivery support for all SuccessFactors modules supporting US people initiatives for 8 great local Retail Food and Distribution brands. with a focus on user experience and efficiency.
- Partners with Global HR Tech, Global HR Tech Delivery, and IT counterparts to maintain and enhance the HR systems, driving process efficiencies, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring data integrity, maintaining upstream and downstream system health to ensure the smooth functioning of HR Processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The HRIS Delivery Analyst ensures all systems are operating effectively, efficiently, and meeting business needs.
- Accountable for SuccessFactors mass data changes, US foundation data, and overall data integrity across the HR technical landscape, providing subject matter expertise related to impact assessments, operations, or business process changes.
- Partner with Design team to review, test, and implement all HR-related enhancements, fixes, and projects - providing daily operational support to various HR functions such as recruitment, performance, payroll, talent, and compensation.
- Support configuration testing during routine and unscheduled maintenance cycles, system implementations or other projects. Assist with developing appropriate process documentation, estimating, and evaluating effort for scheduled projects and operational changes
- Conducts root cause analysis to resolve impacting issues in support of business operations
- Participate in functional review activities to include resolving business process questions and concerns and making improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- 4+ years of HRIS or significant proven HR analytical experience.
- HR System knowledge
- Aptitude for comprehending and leveraging both HR and technical concepts for continuous improvement and process re-design.
- Intermediate Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean or Six Sigma Certification preferred
- EC SuccessFactors Accreditation or Certification Preferred
- Inquisitive, curious, and thoughtful nature with the ability to think systematically
