Responsibilities:
The Analyst, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) leads HRM system activities, primarily focused on the support and maintenance of Human Resource (HR) systems. This position serves as a technical and functional resource for HR systems, managing the configurations/integrations of HR applications, ensures data integrity, tests system changes, and troubleshoots functionality by collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate end to end impacts. This individual will assist with developing and maintaining integrations and system interfaces, deliver ongoing support for reporting and analytics, and analyze processes and data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain Data Integrity of the HCM/payroll systems.
- Assist in and create reporting through Business Intelligence tool.
- Provide technical/troubleshooting support for end system users.
- Maintain and manage functionality of HR systems, including, but not limited to, implementations, upgrades, and patches, customizations and enhancements, employee security and maintenance, and system testing.
- Oversee documentation of requirements, development, implementation, and testing to support HR business users, policies, and processes.
- Work with various departments to assist in consolidation of data models and drive process decisions.
- Develop and manage file imports/exports for system integration with Benefits Admin System, Learning Management System, Financial systems, etc., collaborating with vendors and various benefit carriers to implement and maintain EDI feeds.
- Evaluate and ensure strong practices and compliance in process management, SOX audit, data security and privacy regulations, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or minimum four (4) years of related professional experience and education.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with and technical knowledge of UKGPro and UKG Dimensions required.
- Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially HRIS, payroll, benefits and change management.
- Healthcare experience with multiple locations and system configurations is strongly preferred.
