Job DescriptionBryceTech is currently looking for an Analyst II position will be supporting a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $21B in portfolio value with a variety of needs including support to the project team, acquisition program, and global health economic analysis efforts. This role will support the development and management of innovative government programs to expand the domestic industrial base for public health sector medical technology. The incumbent’s overall focus will center on supporting Economic Modeling & Analysis; Stakeholder Engagement; Strategic Planning; and IBMSC R&D Reporting.
The person in this role will:
- Provide essential analytical support in helping conduct an environmental landscape analysis of current industry capacity and investment constraints within the five (5) business domains of the client.
- Develop Business Case Reports; participate in economic modelling and analysis efforts.
- Assist in developing key project artifacts (e.g., Stakeholder Engagement plan).
- Analyze key data to identify options for managing and developing the overall network and strategy.
- Support with analysis on key elements including demand, capability, and cost.
- Analyze customer types, demand geographies, asset utilization and efficiency, and activity-based costing.
- Assist in development of network strategy recommendations including optimal use of current assets, investments in new technology, expansion of capacity, etc.
- Define and analyze domestic and international markets for each client business area (domain), including segmenting domestic government and commercial markets.
- Provide analytical support to supply chain optimization program activities and studies.
- Assess regulatory and legislative environment to support business case development, and investment analysis.
- Conduct market and economic analyses to determine both domain and HPH sector conditions, track trends in the industry, and establish a multi-year outlook that can inform all other IBMSC activity.
- Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
- Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors.
- Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance.
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools.
- Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling.
- Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and workforce optimization.
- Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
- Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to analysis to be included in complex studies, reports.
- Conduct Economic Modelling and Analysis.
- Support the review of business systems and tools designed to support ASPR.
- Travel on official business per the government’s request as required.
- Demonstrate proficiency with all MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat.
- Bachelor's (BA) in supply chain management, supply chain management, logistics, operations research, business, financial management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience conducting medical, science-related supply chain analysis; and market research.
- Understand Federal budgeting and accounting.
- Familiarity with life cycle accounting, and project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with all MS Office product and Adobe Acrobat
