About the Job
The Analyst - Systems Analysis position is responsible for providing systems analysis for implementation and software development projects. The position will develop and manage requirements, create user stories/use cases, perform data analysis, and provide support as necessary for stakeholders and projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain webpages that are consistent with online strategy, branding and marketing pieces.
- Create graphics and mock- ups of web page content and layout.
- Manage content for use on various social media channels keeping in mind target keywords and SEO.
- Recommend and implement sound SEO practices for all contents on the websites.
- Continually monitor website to ensure information is accurate, free of errors and compatible with all popular browsers (IE/ Edge, Firefox, Safari, Chrome at the minimum).
- Monitor daily automated reports on web performance and coordinates with project staff and management to optimize web pages.
- Work collaboratively with different departments in the project to deliver on-brand web content to drive traffic to our sites.
- Assist with strategic planning for future web enhancements or new web requirements working with key functional stakeholders.
- Define and maintain associated process definitions (i.e., content management, governance), including define and maintain robust web content taxonomy, lead governance, operations and technical planning meetings associated with content development and maintenance.
- Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting and resolving website/ ECM technical issues for internal and external customers.
- Conduct QA testing, follow-up to resolve issues, and load finished material into content management system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Program Specific Responsibilities:
- Translates business requirements and objectives into system level requirements for use by development and testing teams.
- Performs data analysis and documentation of system processes, and data flows.
- Communicates with stakeholders, clients, external vendors and software development team members to build dynamic solutions that meet the business needs of our various clients.
- Performs trouble shooting on production issues, infrastructure configurations and user related defects, that arise on a day-to-day basis to support the business.
- Acts as a resource for completing system configurations such as permissions, security, and rules.
- Works on task-related assignments that are progressively more complex.
- Works independently under general supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
- Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope & complexity.
- General application of concepts & principles.
- Contributes to the completion of organizational projects & goals.
- Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
- Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
- Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.
Required Skills:
- Proficient with relational databases and data modelling concepts.
- Proficient with Agile processes to decompose epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as MySQL Workbench, Chrome Web Developer.
- Experience with process modeling tools such as Lucid Chart, Camunda, Drools.
- Experience with integration analysis tools such as Apigee, Tanzu, Postman.
- Familiarity with ETL and data integration tools such as Talend and Informatica.
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of API, Java Messaging Services (JMS) and Decision Modeling Notation (DMN).
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.
- Familiarity with file transfer tools such as Axway.
- Familiarity with document management systems such as OnBase and Adobe Sign.
- Familiarity with telephony systems such as Genesys.
Preferred Certifications:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Solutions Architect or other relevant industry standard certifications aligned to the role of a mid-level Analyst are considered a plus.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
