Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists, a division of Sentara Health has a fabulous opportunity for a FT BC/BE Anesthesiologist at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center, in Woodbridge, Virginia.

Position Highlights:

• Employed position with Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists.
• Care team model covering approximately 9,200 cases each year including 1,500+ deliveries.
• 8 anesthesia locations at SNJMC that run M-F: 5 rooms in main OR, endo suite, EP lab/CVIR and L&D.
• Cases include general surgery, bariatrics, plastics, urology, vascular, neuro, orthopedics, ENT, podiatry, OB/GYN, and general peds.
• Call 1:5, Night and weekend call from home via beeper and post call day off.
• CRNA in-house 24/7

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual base salary - $535,000.
• Quality Performance Incentive - $15,000.
• Sign on/Commencement Bonus - $90,000 over 3 years.
• Annual CME Allowance - $7,500.
• 10-weeks Paid Annual Leave

• Paid Malpractice and Tail Insurance.
